Review by Guest Artist, MelanieI was very impressed with Sunday International’s EZ Mount Stamp N’Stor system for use with unmounted rubber stamps. The set comes packed with mounting blocks, stamp storage panels, adhesive backed foam, scissors and great instructions.
The package contains five acrylic blocks, or handles, for using your unmounted stamps. The sizes are 7" x 4 3/4", 2" x 2", 4 3/4" x 4 3/4", 4 3/4" x 1 ½" and 1" x 1". They have covered every size you could possibly need for stamping. They are a nice weight and easy to use. I use the smaller ones quite regularly, but occasionally I need to spell out several words on a block, and the larger blocks are so nice to have. The package includes instructions with photos on how to use the blocks or handles for those new to unmounted stamps. This storage system also contains 3 8 ½ “ x 11" EZ mount foam sheets to adhere your stamps to. This is the cushion that is mounted onto your stamps. The top side clings to the acrylic block when you are stamping. It also clings to the storage panel when not in use. The instructions are printed right on the paper attached to the foam and are easy to follow. They even tell you to use your KAI scissors to cut your stamps with. The KAI scissors are also included in this system, and I loved using them. I needed a good pair of scissors just for trimming stamps, and I was pleased with their performance.
The last set of items included in this package is for storage. It consists of 5 lightweight panels that fit in a 3-ring binder. Your unmounted stamps “cling” to the surface of these panels and store nice and flat. I am happy with how the storage systems works and at how little space it takes to store my stamp sets.
This stamp system is so easy to use. When I first started using unmounted stamps, I had to purchase my acrylic blocks separately, and they weren’t easy to find. Then I realized I needed the mounting foam, and, again, it wasn’t something I knew where to locate. With the Stamp N’ Stor system, all you need are your rubber stamps. I have mounted 3 sets of stamps with this set, and I still have plenty of the mounting foam left over. It works great, it’s easy to cut through, and doesn’t leave a mess. The KAI scissors were easy to maneuver between crowded rubber stamp images without damaging the stamps. I’m quite impressed with the number and size of the acrylic blocks (handles) that come in the package. I love everything about this system and recommend it to anyone just starting out with unmounted stamps, and anyone who is looking to add items to their collection of tools.
Review by RandiThe Stamp N' Store System from Sunday International is WONDERFUL! It is such an easy system to use for mounting stamps. Before these stamping reviews I was a TOTAL newby to unmounted, and EZ Mount made it so easy by including EVERYTHING I needed all in one package and with clearly illustrated instructions.
The kit includes:
- 3 EZ Mount Static Cling Foam Sheets (8 1/2" x 11")
- 5 Lightweight Storage Panels
- 1 Set of Acrylic Blocks
- 1 Pair of KAI Scissors
While the reviews area is not generally the place for how-to articles, in this instance I do want to tell you a little about how easy it is to use this system. Simply coat your scissors with Versamark (in the off chance some adhesive might try to stick)

Peel off the adhesive backing and place your sheet of unmounted rubber on it.

After cutting your stamps which are now stuck on the foam sheets you can store them conveniently on the static cling sheets that come with the kit.

This is the best system I've found for mounting unmounted stamps. Highly and enthusiastically recommended.
Review by SarahSunday International EZ Mount Stamp N’ Stor System: Fabulous, Dahling!
Sunday International’s EZ Mount Stamp N’ Stor System is “THE” premiere method of mounting, storing and using unmounted rubber. I can tell you right now that this is going to be a gushing review! I am totally impressed with the well thought-out quality and production of this system!
EZ Mount Stamp N’ Stor System arrives in a neat little plastic package containing absolutely everything you need to get started with Unmounted Stamps. It includes three sheets of the fabulous EZ Mount foam, one pair of magnificent KAI specialty scissors, five acrylic blocks in various sizes, and five convenient storage pages sized for standard 3-ring binders.
An information sheet about each product in the kit is included in the packaging. These information sheets are short, sweet, and to-the-point. They feature full-color pictures demonstrating how to use each product with clear and concise instructions. These directions could be read through the package! They waste no time whatsoever in telling you the name of each product, how to use it, and then send you on your way to Unmounted Stamp bliss!
I do find it amusing that the packaging of the overall system says those two little scrapbooking buzzwords: “Acid Free.” Really, it doesn’t matter whether the mounting system you use on rubber stamps is “acid free” or not, as you aren’t putting them in your book, or even touching them to your papers! Yet, I would bet that Sunday International has completed many sales based on these two little buzzwords. Kudos for that little stroke of marketing masterminding.
EZ Mount Static Cling Foam Sheets are an innovative and brilliantly produced essential to Unmounted Stamping. These sheets are comprised of 1/8” inch of foam coated on one side with sturdy adhesive, and the other side is lightly clingy. The adhesive side is what you stick to the rubber you are cutting out. The clingy side is what you stick to your acrylic blocks. The cling side forms a fantastic bond to the acrylic block, yet it is also easy to remove.
I think my favorite aspect of EZ Mount Static Cling Foam is the fact that the cling side is NOT sticky. If you drop your stuff on the floor all the time like I do, Unmounted Stamps that have a sticky back can really pick up the hairs and junk from their trips to Dustbunny Land and be a pain to clean up. EZ Mount Static Cling Foam can be brushed off on your jeans and be ready to go in a flash. This cling foam also sticks to just about any clean, smooth surface. Glass, tables, and so on. My one-year-old has voted stamps mounted with EZ Mount his favorite stick toy! He had a blast sitting on the floor and moving some of my stamps from one storage sheet to a cardboard box with a glossy finish. Now why don’t they make toys like that so Mom doesn’t lose her letter “Q’s”?
EZ Mount Static Cling Foam is also unbelievably easy to cut out. The thickness of the foam does make it tricky to cut around stamps that are curved and/or poured very close together on the rubber. For straight cuts, it’s like cutting silk. No, it’s easier than cutting silk!
One other great aspect of EZ Mount Static Cling Foam is that the foam provides built-in padding to the stamp. With some systems for mounting stamps, there is little to no padding between the rubber and the acrylic block you stick the stamp to. With these methods, in order to produce a nice clean image, you have to put a piece of foam underneath the paper you intend to stamp on. EZ Mount Static Cling Foam totally eliminates any need for extra padding, because it is all conveniently built in!
Kai Scissors are out of this world! As nice as EZ Mount Static Cling Foam is, I would not want to try to cut it with the average craft scissors. Kai scissors have large handles, while the scissor blades are only about two inches long. This design makes them ideal for cutting through heavy rubber and foam. The blades are short enough to control easily, while the larger handles are easy to hold for righties and lefties, and give fabulous leverage. I would have been lost without my Kai scissors when learning to mount my own stamps!
Acrylic Stamping Handles are another outstanding product from Sunday International. The set includes five acrylic blocks in various sizes from tiny to huge! I already own the blocks from two other systems, and EZ Mount seems to have all of those in-between sizes I wanted but didn’t have. My absolute favorite block from this set is the 7” by 5” block. I call it my “mega block.” It’s huge, so it’s marvelous for setting entire titles on at once! This saves so much time and headache for someone like me who likes to stamp large, wordy titles. Mega Block and I are becoming very good friends!
Here is where my only negatives will fall for this review: EZ Mount Acrylic Stamping Handles are not quite as easy to hold as other blocks I own. They also seem to get scratched up extremely quickly. Otherwise, they appear to be made with nice quality.
Finally, Sunday International has included Light Weight Storage Panels with their system for a convenient storage option. I personally am very partial to this storage system. Light Weight Storage Panels are the size of standard pieces of paper and come pre-punched for use in standard 3-ring binders. The instruction sheet not only shows you how you are supposed to use the product; it even takes the initiative to tell you how many panels you can store in different 3-ring binders! EZ Mount Static Cling Foam sticks to the smooth surfaces of the panels securely and firmly, although the smaller stamps can fall off if you turn the pages quickly. I purchased a clearance 3-ring binder that zips closed for storing my loaded Light Weight Storage panels. It is easy, portable, secure and totally convenient storage for my Unmounted Stamps!
In Summary: Has this review been an exercise in adjectives? Sunday International EZ Mount Stamp N’ Stor System is the absolute best Unmounted Stamp system I have ever used. It is better than HALOS, better than CTMH My Acrylix. I’ve never been so impressed by a total product before – packaging, directions, quality, practical use. At a retail price of $39.99 for the entire system of cutting, mounting and storage, complete with concise direction, this is a real bargain. If you are considering Unmounted Stamps, you need Sunday International’s EZ Mount Stamp N’ Stor System. Period.
Review by RachelI received the StampN’Stor starter kit from Sunday International. This kit includes 3 EZ Mount Static Cling Foam Sheets, and 5 of the lightweight Storage Panels, 1 set of acrylic blocks, and 1 pair of KAI scissors. The Foam Sheets and the Storage Panels included in the starter kit are 8 ½ “x 11” only. The set of acrylic blocks includes 5 blocks in five different sizes. This set includes everything that you will possibly need to get started immediately using your unmounted stamps and cost only $39.99.
My favorite item included in this starter kit has to be the KAI scissors. These things are incredible. I don’t even want to think about how hard the unmounted stamps would have been to cut out without a pair of these scissors. They are incredibly easy to use and don’t cause your hand to tire as fast as using regular scissors. There is very minimal effort required when using this pair of scissors. These scissors cost originally around $20 but Sunday International sells them for $11.95. They are worth every penny!
My other favorite thing about this starter kit is that there are instructions everywhere. Not just instructions but pictures that show you exactly what to do. This is great for a visual learner like me. I was so excited to start using this system because I felt like I couldn’t make a mistake since there are directions for everything. There are inserts with each package and even on one side of the Static Cling Foam Sheets. These directions make this system so easy to use!
The acrylic blocks included in this kit are great. They include enough sizes that you will a have block for any size stamp that you want to use. Those sizes are as follows: 7” x 4 3/4”, 4 ¾” x 4 ¾”, 4 ¾” x 1 ½”, 2” x 2”, and 1” x 1”. To buy these acrylic blocks separately from the starter kit, they cost around $11.95. That is an incredible deal. That is only about $2.39 per block. These blocks are about ½ “thick. They have burnished edges which make for an aesthetically pleasing look. These edges do cause the block to have a little distortion so you need to make sure that you are looking at the image from the top of the block and not the sides. I love that Sunday International includes so many blocks in the starter kit.
The EZ Mount Static Cling Foam Sheets are the secret weapon in this whole kit. It is what you attach your unmounted stamps to and then it clings to your blocks, the storage system, and even the thick jewel cases. These foam sheets are very easy to use. You just peel back the sticky side, lay your unmounted stamps down on top, and start cutting using your KAI scissors. These sheets are about 1/8” thick and come in two different sizes. There is the 8 ½” x 11” that is included in this starter kit and then there is the 8 ½” x 13 1/4” size. The price for the regular 8 1/2 “x 11” size is $3.50. The larger size is about $4.00. Sunday International does provide discounts for buying in bulk which makes these sheets really affordable. One thing I did notice is that it is very easy to undercut the foam sheets so you need to be careful and go slow. These sheets are very easy to use because the directions are right on the product. I was able to mount four sets of Leave Memories unmounted sheets of stamps and still have plenty of Foam sheets left over to mount some more stamps!
The lightweight Storage Panels are made from a coated plastic and come already 3 holed punched so you begin using them immediately. They work great with this system. If you buy these separately they come in packages of 5 for $5. That is not a bad price at all. You can use these panels in a regular 3 ring binder. The directions say that you can store 3 full panels in a binder that is a 1 ½” wide. Five full panels will fit in 2 ½” D- Ring binder. So as you can surmise, these can get pretty bulky. I prefer to store mine in the thick jewel cases in an Iris cart drawer. My storage space is at a premium and this works well for me!
Overall, I recommend this system HIGHLY to a beginner stamper or even to an experienced stamper who is looking to condense their wood stamps into unmounted. This StampN’Stor starter kit will get on the road to using unmounted stamps fast and easy. I think it is a great deal for the amount of product that is included. I really enjoyed working with this EZ Mount system and it really is easy!
Review by CathyThe EZ Mount Stamp N' Stor System Starter Kit is a great way to mount and store unmounted rubber stamps. The Stamp N' Store Starter Kit contains 3 big EZ Mount Static Cling Foam Sheets; 5 lightweight Storage Panels; 1 set of Acrylic Blocks; and a pair of KIA Scissors. The EZ System has a money back guarantee and retails for $39.99. I am new to unmounted rubber stamping and so I approach this system from the beginner's view.
The pack of supplies comes in attractive see through packaging. The big KIA Scissors are right on top. The KIA scissors are a heavy-duty, industrial- strength, pair of shears designed to cut through rubber stamps and the EZ Mount foam sheets. Right away I loved the scissors. They are easy to use and work extremely well. I was able to cut through layers easily. The scissors are also able to cut fine details well.
The directions in the packaging are illustrated and have clear directions. I liked the way a whole set of stamps is simply laid on the EZ Mount Cling Foam and then cut with the KIA Scissors. The directions also include how to use the acrylic blocks and the EZ Mount Storage Panels.
The EZ Mount Cling System is easy to set up, use and store. The EZ Mount Cling Foam Sheets are padded. The cushion is necessary for a clear stamped image. The EZ Mount Cling Foam Sheets have a strong adhesive on one side (This side attached the rubber stamp) and a special static cling side (This side adheres to the acrylic blocks and the special Storage panels). I soaked my stamps in soap and water and washed them vigorously with baby wipes and the adhesive continued to hold strong.
The assortment of acrylic blocks included in the Stamp N' Stor Starter Kit includes 5 different sizes -- one as small as a 1"x1" square and the largest is 7"x 4 3/4". These blocks are easy to use, easy to store and easy to clean. I liked having a nice assortment of sizes to choose from. The EZ Mount System allows for altering the angles, placement and combination of stamps. The picture below demonstrate two stamps at an angle.
The EZ Mount Storage Panels allow storage of stamps on both sides of the pages. The pages also fit in a standard 3 ring binder. Another way to use these would be to store them in large envelopes with stamped images on the top or to place the EZ Mount Storage Panels in a plastic drawer. I really liked these pages and placed mine in a binder.
The EZ Mount Stamp N' Stor Starter Kit is a winner. Sunday International has done a wonderful job putting together an easy to use, complete system for mounting, using and storing unmounted rubber stamps. This kit gets my highest recommendation and I would recommend purchasing it.
Review by KathleenI was thrilled when I received the EZ Mount Stamp N’ Stor Starter Kit. This kit has everything to get the beginner stamper started in the world of unmounted rubber stamps. The kit comes with three EZ Mount Cling Foam Sheets, five lightweight storage panels, one set of five acrylic blocks of varying sizes, and one pair o f KAI scissors. Since I had never worked with unmounted rubber stamps, this kit was a lifesaver.
Working with the EZ Mount system is pretty easy. One side of the EZ Mount Cling Foam has adhesive and the other side has a static cling which is what clings to the acrylic mounts. You also use the static cling side to place your mounted stamps on the lightweight storage panel. The lightweight storage panels are 8.5" x11" and fit easily within a three-ring binder. This makes it very easy to store your rubber stamps.
The KAI scissors that come with the kit are fabulous. They are industrial strength and cut through rubber and foam very easily. The one drawback I found when using the KAI scissors was the short blade. When cutting through either the rubber or the foam alone, the scissors cut great. However, when cutting through both the rubber and the foam, it is difficult to keep a straight vertical cut, which is necessary when cutting out the stamps.
Of course, when using unmounted rubber stamps, you need to use a mount of some sort, whether you mount the stamp temporarily or not. The EZ Mount system comes with five different acrylic blocks. The sizes are 7" x 4 ¾", 4 ¾" x 4 ¾", 4 ¾" x 1 ½", 2" x 2", and 1" X 1". The blocks are clear so you can see your paper through the block and know exactly where you are stamping.
I really like the EZ Mount Stamp N’ Stor system. It is very easy for a beginner to use and the foam not only provides the needed cushion for your stamps, but is lightweight and clings well to the acrylic mounts. The only thing I did not like about the system was cutting the rub ber with the foam. While it is possible to cut the rubber first and then the foam, that is a little time consuming. So mounting the rubber to the foam gives more thickness and makes it difficult to get a straight cut.
The EZ Mount Stamp N’ Stor system has a retail value of over $50.00 but you can find it online for around $39.99. I would highly recommend this system to someone who is new to using unmounted rubber stamps because it provides all the necessary elements for successful stamping.
