Would you like to alter your paper to make it unique? Here’s a simple trick to add stripes to your paper without losing the design.
What you will need:
- Krylon Paper Finishes Whitewash
- Patterned Paper
- Masking Tape or Painters Tape
What does Krylon Whitewash do? It softens and fades the color of any paper. It’s sheer color and dries fast. It’s really easy to use.

Place strips of tape on patterned paper to make stripes.

Following manufactuers instruction, spray paper with whitewash to desired finish is achieved. Let dry.

Gently remove tape, being careful not to tear patterned paper.

Use your "new" paper as desired. Be sure to share your creations in the gallery!
