Printing on Scraps of Paper

Ever wonder how to use those extra scraps of paper for title and others printed embellishments? It is actually quite simple - just follow the steps below.

Step 1
Open your word processing program or other computer program and set up your title or embellishment for printing.

Step 2
Print your title or embellishment on regular plain white printer paper, or any paper you have lying around.

Step 3
Apply temporary adhesive to the back of the scrap paper that you'd like to print on. Be sure to apply adhesive to the edges so that the scrap paper doesn't get caught in the printer. Holding your plain paper (with your title printed on it) backwards up to a light source, stick your scrap paper to the printed paper, centering the title underneath the scrap paper, or lining up it however you need. Be sure to cover the printed word or picture completely.

Step 4
Run your paper with the scrap attached through the printer again.

Step 5
Remove the printed scrap from the paper, embellish, and attach to your layout!
