How-To Make your Own Photo Corners
(without a photo corner punch)

Supplies:
Large Square Punch (or paper trimmer)
Patterned Paper or cardstock

Making your own photo corners is simple and quick, and one should not let the fact that she doesn’t have a corner punch handy hold her back.

First, start by punching a square out of your patterned paper or cardstock by using your Large square punch, or cut a square out by using your trimmer. My suggestion is that you be creating a square that is at least 1 ½” large.

Next, lay the square you have punched diagonally across your paper trimmer. Make sure that the square doesn’t slip, and cut the square in half, from corner to corner.

You should now have two separate triangles.

Next, use your large square punch, and making sure that you are using it upside down so that you can see what you are doing, punch a small corner from the center of each triangle that you have created.

You should now have two photo corners that can be used on any layout!
