Using Acrylic Paint Techniques in Your Scrapbooks: A fun, artistic, and economical addition to your pages. This four week home study course will help you to create several scrapbook pages with just a little bit of extra artistic flair. Using little more than cardstock and acrylic paint, you can create fantastic, customized papers and embellishments that you will be proud to display.

Class Intro: There are hundreds of thousands of different types of patterned paper on the market. Walk into any scrapbook store and you will be inundated with so many choices it can make your head spin. However, sometimes the patterned paper that is available to you may not exactly match your pictures or the mood you want to create. Additionally, using paint techniques can be very relaxing, enjoyable, and satisfying. Knowing that you have created something that no one else can is such a sense of accomplishment. There are so many different looks one can create with just one simple tool, acrylic paint.

So, get out all of those different colors of acrylic paint, a few paint brushes, and either some watercolor paper or some high quality white cardstock, like Prism Papers white cardstock and be prepared to have a lot of fun!
