Supplies needed-
Bread bag tab
Sand paper or nail file
Craft paint
Scrapbook paper, patterend or card stock
Glue/ adhesive
Pen or word stamp
Paint brush

Sand the bread bag tab so the paint will stick.

Paint the tab, let dry and paint again to make sure it is totally covered.

Cut a strip of paper the width of the tab and 2 - 3 inches long.

Glue the tab to the top of the strip of paper.

Stamp or write a word on the strip of paper.

And you're ready to use it in your layout.
