Aloha ScrapFriends, I am so honored to be here with you! I was born and raised in O'ahu, Hawai'i, and now live in Seattle, Wa with my DH and awesome 11 year old son. I miss my islands, but keep grounded by dancing Hula and studying Hawai'ian culture.

I started stamping and scrapping way before it became fashionable LOL. I think it is because I am so sentimental that I started when I was so young. I am also the archivist in our family. I have always been interested in the stories of those who came before me.

Since 2001, I have worked out of my home, selling my designs and creations online, allowing me to spend time with my son while he was young. My passion is altered art. I love to design FUNctional art pieces. Items that you can use in everyday life so that your photo and journal memories are always close to you, and not sitting on a shelf. I love to think out-of-the-box!

Now that my son is a little more independent, I am very excited about returning to the Scrapbooking community! I am eager to meet new friends and I hope to help inspire, teach and share my love of Paper Arts with you. I am honored to be a substitute reviewer for ScrapFriends and ready to enjoy this new adventure!
